Is-sinjal għal UPSTYLE GĦAT-TIEĠIJIET għandu żewġ partijiet. (i) L-ewwel isir is-sinjal għal UPSTYLE bl-idejn forma ta’ 5 bis-swaba’ mifrudin u ftit ikkurvati u bil-pala ta’ id tħares lejn l-oħra. L-idejn jitilgħu mill-ġnub tal-għonq ’il fuq waqt li jikkurvaw iktar u jingħalqu f’ponn li jistrieħu fuq il-ġnub tal-ġbin. (ii) Imbagħad isir is-sinjal għal IŻŻEWWEĠ bis-saba’ l-kbir u l-werrej tal-id il-leminija tiżżerżaq mal-ġnub tas-saba’ taċ-ċurkett tal-id ix-xellugija bħallikieku qed jintlibes iċ-curkett tat-tieġ.
The sign for WEDDING UPSTYLE has two parts. (i) First the sign for UPSTYLE is made with both hands in the shape of 5 with fingers apart and slightly curved and with palms facing each other. The hands move up from the sides of the neck whilst they curve more and finally close into fist shapes and rest on the sides of the forehead. (ii) Then the sign for MARRY is made with the thumb and index fingers of the right hand sliding along the sides of the ring finger of the left hand as though putting on a wedding ring.
